拉普拉塔縣度假屋

「The place is very small. Very clean. The bed was on a platform that was very high. Once in the bed, it was very comfortable My 6 ft husband had no problem getting in, but it was very difficult for me to get in and out of the bed. The space heater was helpful. No central or baseboard heating. Got cold last night. Not fancy. But easy to get to. Nice surroundings for a one night stay.」

「If the back yard would have been clean and the back screen and door fit it would have been nice to have that back yard. The extra blanket was filthy If the bathroom and laundry room was finished off looks to be still under construction. Both were scary. What about that drive way? VERY DANGERIOUS Parking very dangerious. Should not be used in the winter time. Bed was comfortable but not a queen a double to small. The kitchen was cute and very nice. The cleaner didn't reach above her head...

「The Leland House exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Durango. The check-in is very easy and the communication from the staff is excellent. I, whole heartedly, recommend the Leland House!」

「Great property」

「Amazing communication, lovely space, love the neighborhood!」

「Great stay after several days in the Chicago Basin! The location was perfect.」

「The location is amazing for a peaceful, quiet get away! Directions via GPS didn’t include road 122, that is important in finding the location. Pretty far from high traffic destinations of Colorado, so a drive to the city is required if you are looking for that kind of activity. The animals at the farm are so sweet and friendly, I truly felt closer to nature out here. The Mountain View in the morning is unbeatable! The host was so kind and helpful. Being out in the woods I expected more bugs to...

「We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect as home base as we explored the area.Property is beautiful. Loved the dogs.」

「House was clean, well equipped and a great location!」

「Very beautiful place will definitely stay here again」

「Property was as advertised, for most part. They were clear about the 42 stairs to get to the space, so don't ignore that. It is a real issue if you do not like, or are unable, to walk up steps! But was clearly stated prior to going so not a surprise for us.Overall, it's a good space and fit our needs. In a good location. There are two reasons it did not get five stars from us: First, some of the appliances need updated, primarily television in the living room and oven, which had burner issues....

「My host was responsive to my request and offered suggestions for local restaurants.」

「This is a great getaway place. We come down from Utah for our sister in-law’s 50th birthday surprise party. Most times we stay in bayfield with them but needed a place we could stay so we could surprise her. Thanks for a great quiet place.」

「The host was available to answer questions. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable.」

「Absolutely loved staying here. The Loft was super comfortable with plenty of room for 6+ people. The management was very friendly and attentive. We will be back! 」

「Our stay was great, even though the snow was not so good. The room was good and clean, it would’ve been perfect if they would’ve had toilet paper but the front desk had some. Will definitely come back and would stay in Kendall 345!」
