「The location is amazing for a peaceful, quiet get away! Directions via GPS didn’t include road 122, that is important in finding the location. Pretty far from high traffic destinations of Colorado, so a drive to the city is required if you are looking for that kind of activity. The animals at the farm are so sweet and friendly, I truly felt closer to nature out here. The Mountain View in the morning is unbeatable! The host was so kind and helpful. Being out in the woods I expected more bugs to...

「The apartment was clean, all the essentials were supplied, and the bed was comfortable. My one issue was the spiral stairs. I must have overlooked the fact that to get to the bedroom, you have to go up a very tight metal spiral stair which felt very unsafe. The bathroom is on the main floor, so to use the bathroom at night, you have to go downstairs. It was kinda scary. Just to mention, we are active healthy "young" seniors so ability was not necessarily an issue. The yard was nice for the...

「This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed.」

「We had a great stay in Durango! The location was fantastic, and the house was perfect for our large family. We traveled with four kids, and having a separate downstairs space for them to play was a huge bonus. They loved all the games, including the foosball table, ping pong, Pac Man, and more, which kept them entertained for hours. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly whenever we had a question. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to come back again soon.」

「The Whimsy was a perfect stay for our family. The home itself is beautiful, the scenery is amazing, and the view of the stars at night can’t be beat. The home itself was designed with intentionality and care. The decor and design choices were the cherry on top of the whimsy vibe.We enjoyed seeing multiple deer, turkeys, chipmunks, and birds while exploring the outside area. The location is perfectly situated as a home base to explore the area from Mesa Verde to Silverton, which we did over the...

「Property was as advertised, for most part. They were clear about the 42 stairs to get to the space, so don't ignore that. It is a real issue if you do not like, or are unable, to walk up steps! But was clearly stated prior to going so not a surprise for us.Overall, it's a good space and fit our needs. In a good location. There are two reasons it did not get five stars from us: First, some of the appliances need updated, primarily television in the living room and oven, which had burner issues....
