Very well stocked with everything you woulf need. Our family had 7 adults and 3 children, we had our own space and never felt we were cramped. Beautiful inside and out, would definitely recommend it to all people. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.

There was some mice poop too. Then at night, we could hear a mouse or two in the wall between the two master bedrooms on the kitchen floor. Not sure if that’s the second floor

Their customer service and detailed touches throughout the home make renting a property so easy. The house itself was wonderful as well. It felt new, very clean, well organized, and well stocked. We stayed here with 3 families and did not have a single issue. The decor and details of the home were gorgeous and well thought out. The best part is the stunning views!!! Lastly, I love staying in this neighborhood for the ease of the shuttle to the mountain.

It is evident that much planning and heart went into making this a perfect vacation home! It’s perfect for multiple families with the four king bedrooms and downstairs sleeping area. Then several spacious areas to gather all together. The house had everything we needed and more. The views were incredible as well! It’s in a perfect location with easy access to skiing and hikes and a short drive down into Durango. We enjoyed several delicious restaurants and had fun walking around the downtown area! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we are already planning a return trip!

Gorgeous Mountain Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, wonderful brand new home with plenty of space for several families. The main area upstairs was beautiful with lots of windows and a nice large deck overlooking the ski mountain of Purgatory. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with all the amenities. Lovely fireplace with a large TV and we were able to connect via Bluetooth for music. All of the guest rooms and bathrooms are fabulous with plenty of space with high quality linens on each bed and lots of storage. It was such a pleasure to be able to relax in the hot tub in the evenings. The hosts were so accommodating when we had questions We would definitely book this house again and we plan to do it very soon. Thanks for opening and sharing your lovely home.

The home is located at the end of a paved road where it is surrounded by tall trees and gorgeous views of the mountains. Super easy to get to. The layout of the home is fantastic. There were no corners cut when the owners built this home. Everything was top quality and spacious (big rooms, hallways, garage, large outside decks, etc.). There are two main living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs) so the adults and the kids could have their own spaces to spread out. Very comfortable seating throughout the home including tons of seating outside, too. Large en-suite bedrooms were located both upstairs and downstairs along with a very large bunk room downstairs - all the beds were very comfortable (mattress, linens, pillows, towels, etc. all A+). It was very relaxing having a cup of coffee on the huge wrap-around porches (with built-in heaters should you need them) and just taking in the scenery. There is even a hot tub on the balcony which was super nice to enjoy after an adventurous day. The bathrooms are very large. It was nice to return from a hike and enjoy an extra-large shower beautifully decorated. The kitchen is enormous, and it allows for easy food preparation. Tons of seating for everyone with plenty of choices of seating at the kitchen bar or the extra-large dining table. The appliances are top quality. There is a separate pantry room with a coffee maker off the kitchen so there is plenty of space to fit any grocery items you might need for a large group for the duration of your stay. Technology: Tons of tv’s for everyone, internet speeds were fast and cell phone coverage was excellent. There are great bars/restaurants nearby and the Purgatory ski resort can be seen from the balcony. We had 12 people in our group, and we never felt like we were on top of one another

The heated deck, gas firepit and grill were well used. The beds are very comfortable and nice to have ensuite bathrooms. We had a few questions that were answered quickly. We added the use of the pool/workout facilities and used it often. This was a wonderful rental for our family reunion.

FABULOUS HOME with STUNNING VIEWS--everything you need and more!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the home for our 4 adult children, their spouses/sig others, and 2 grandbabies---it was truly specatular, very spacious. It was true to description and layout, sparking clean, amenities GALORE--I have never been to a VRBO property that has that has provided to the level that this one did. All rooms were furnished well, nice bathrooms, "first class" everything. The pictures on website--while good--do not do it justice!We especially enjoyed the outdoor area in evenings with the gas firepit---beautiful way to end each. day. We ended up cooking dinners in---because we loved the kitchen and dining so much. Lots to do in Durango, Silverton, Telluride and Ouray too!
