Great Condo

Girls weekend

This was the perfect location to use as home base to explore Silverton/Ouray and Durango. We loved enjoying wine on the porch and watching the wildlife. Will plan on returning again.

Our stay was perfect. It snowed the entire time we were there which is exactly what was needed for a week on the slopes. The condo had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and all the extras you’d need. We will definitely be back.

The condo was excellent, the place was clean and the staff was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that there was no restaurant on the property. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Family Ski Vacation

Our family took a week long ski trip to Purgatory and found a perfect condo just a mile north. Everything we needed was here for the 7 of us. Plenty of room, warm showers, a huge kitchen to cook in (it may be time to upgrade the knives and skillets however), comfortable beds, plenty of smart TV’s, and more. Overall an excellent choice. And every concern we had (which the only one was a faulty internet connection on night one) was promptly addressed by the rental company.

Great Winter Vacation Home

This is a lovely condo about 5 minutes from Purgatory Resort. The condo is nicely appointed with furnishings and multiple seating areas. Being an end unit, it has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is well-stocked with just about everything one would need. The grill worked well, even in the 15 degree weather! The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of extra linens and pillows. Overall, I would highly recommend this home. We will try to stay here again when we return to the area.

Condo in the Mountains

This condo is fantastic! It everything advertised and more. Kitchen is fully furnished and included a Keurig. The entire 3 bedroom condo is wonderfully furnished and very spacious. It had a monitor that I could use with my laptop. It’s also on the end, so it has a very spacious patio with a nice gas fire pit! The inside fireplace was fantastic and we really appreciate the abundant dry firewood, hatchet and starter supplies! And the views of the mountain, especially at sunrise and sunset, were spectacular! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Luxury Mountain Retreat with Alpine Views

Lovely property. The condo is on the end which gives an expanded deck and extra privacy. The views from the balcony and living room of Engineer Mountain and the surrounding alpine vistas and cool green Aspens is really nice. The condo is a full 3 bed / 3 bath and easilly handled our family of 6 (2 adults 4 kids). We bought some tbones and grilled one night and also did smores on the fire pit on another. On the first night, my kids were already asking to come back next year :). We stayed for 3 nights and next time, I'll likely opt for 5. Highly recommended. Our family will definitely be back.

A very nice, spacious condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Cascade Village. It was our first time to ski at purgatory and stay in this condo. The condo was clean and spacious and worked great for our family of five.The thing that really seems to separate his condo from the other ones is the very expensive large deck, which has beautiful views. It was cold outside while we were there so we didn’t really utilize the deck. The parking was very easy and we parked directly under the condo.It was well appointed, and we love having our own washer and dryer. A couple things to note about the condo is due to its location on the end, which offers some benefits, it was pretty far away from the pool and shuttle pick up space. As a result, we didn’t really use those services.The only issue that we had was, we noticed that when anyone in the condo next-door went up and down their stairs, it was really loud in what I will call the master bedroom downstairs. The neighbors next to us must’ve been checking out early because they were going up and down the stairs at about 5 AM and it will definitely wake you up.

We’ll be back!

This property is in the perfect location with all the right amenities. It is an end unit overlooking a gorgeous view of the San Juans in front and a breathtaking view of Engineer Mt. off the side deck. We spent lots of time on the side deck, eating every meal there, then enjoying the fire pit. This location, just a couple of miles from Purgatory, was perfect. It’s quiet, secluded, and an easy drive to Silverton and Durango. The condo is roomy, well appointed, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make good meals. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the whole condo was super clean. While the steps leading from the garage to the living area are very narrow and steep for anyone who may have some mobility issues, the driveway in back of the property allowed us to drop off people who couldn’t handle the stairs right at the main floor. Super convenient for everyone. This is now our favorite of all the places we’ve stayed in the area. We are already making plans for our visit next summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the house was clean and very nice with great views! The biggest complaint we had was the constant nagging of HOA complaints for ridiculous issues. The first complaint was due to us working on a vehicle in the garage. There was nothing out of line, messy or noisy, we simply replaced a fan on a jeep that took an hour, we got threatened with being kicked out for this. The next issue was due to us having 2 extra vehicles show up for a 2 hour BBQ at the property. The HOA received a complaint stating we were taking up 7 extra spaces at the property.... Mind you there are numerous people with trailers lining the street in front of the property. This complaint came in not 20 min after they showed up, it’s as if there is a neighbor to this property that is watching every move and constantly making complaints. Dealing with these constant issues is not something we want to do on vacation and this should be brought up to find some sort of middle ground with the HOA or disgruntled neighbor.

Great property In Durango

This was a great property in Durango. Lots of space, great kitchen and really nice deck. My kids also enjoyed the pool and Pickleball courts while we were there. Would definitely stay here again.
