Really nice place in a great location. The patio area has great views and gets a pleasant breeze. The unit is right above a bike shop, which is convenient if you're looking to rent bikes, as we were.I hope they can fine-tune the checkin procedure. The description sent was very lengthy and unnecessarily complicated, resulting in some confusion.

Wonderful property in an incredible location within walking distance to everything downtown. Bike shop employees were all friendly and helpful. Sidewalk construction created a little noise during the day but never impacted us as we were always out and about. Highly recommend this property for any group that wishes to enjoy downtown Durango!

Amazing Property

One of our favorite VRBO properties that we've stayed at. Owners were quick to respond, the location is perfect, parking is easy, and the view and condo are amazing. Will definitely try to stay here the next time we're in Durango.
