Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for our crew of 10! Plenty of room to spread out. We had everything we needed. The home was spotless! Kitchen was stocked with spices, dish soap, etc. We were so thankful to have access to the washer/dryer as we would get very dusty from the atv trails. The beds were also very comfortable! The location was nice and gave you that remote feeling, but if you wanted to venture into the city, it’s a short 20-25min from Durango. Management was so great and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back! Already missing that back porch view!!
