Great location and accommodations

If you’re looking to stay within walking distance of shops and restaurants but still be able to ski this location is perfect! Very comfortable our family of three but could easily fit a few more guest.

Such a fun location!

We spent a few days in this lovely home in late May. It was one of many places we stayed on our trip through Colorado and my family deemed this the favorite. Very clean and fun decor. The pictures don’t really do it justice. There were too many good restaurants nearby to bother cooking but the kitchen was well stocked to do so. Great communication with management.

This was such an awesome, spacious and clean place to stay! Meticulous attention to details and well appointed. We will never stay at another location while in Durango. Speaking of location, did I mention this great property is downtown within walking distance to shoppes and restaurants. Top. VRBO location we’ve stayed in!!

Great stay!

Spacious apartment that was comfortable for everyone. The kitchen and apartment had everything 4 adults and two children needed. The AC worked great and beds were comfortable. Location is close to everything! My husband is a light sleeper so the downtown music did bother him one evening. Overall a fantastic find. I would recommend.

In the Heart of Durango

Great property! Loved everything about this vacation rental. Walkable to everything in downtown Durango. Enjoy shopping and dining without every getting back in the car. Check in was so easy. The communication from property management was timely, clear and informative. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with everything you’ll need. We really enjoyed our stay.
