This property is permitted for six total occupants (regardless of age) and three vehicles. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, no events, and no commercial photography or filming allowed.

Do you plan to explore Purgatory Resort, Mesa Verde, or Trimble Hot Springs? Easy access to Highway 550 will speed you on your adventures. Durango is well known for its many hiking and biking trails, the closest of which is a mere four-minute bike ride away.
