Location, Location, Location

The perfect location for us. My family of 6 had more than enough room! We explored Silverton most of the time and one day in Ouray. My brother was in Durango so he met us at the Cascade trail head just around the corner. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Great weekend stay

Nice, quiet, close to Purgatory… indoor pool, indoor and outdoor spas, and fitness center were all really nice. Cascade Village is great, convenient to Durango, Silverton, ski resort, snowmobile rentals on Molas Pass. (We used “Pirate” for the snowmobiles, which was great)

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here for 5 nights and was very pleased with the property. Condo offered everything we needed (except a snowshovel, which may have been there, but we did not find). Kitchen was great and nothing was lacking in our opinion. Views from condo were wonderful and relaxing. Whole process from reserving, staying, and checking out was easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend and would stay again if the opportunity arose.

A perfect ski-trip stay!

Thank you so much for hosting us at Casa Norte. Our group of 10 found the house to be perfect for our needs. The layout is great for two families, allowing the kids to play upstairs while adults relax downstairs. The hot tub in the garage was a great addition to relax after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is well stocked. Besides our struggles of cooking at altitude, we enjoyed our meals. The location is conveniently near a sledding hill where the kids could play in the evenings, walking to the community pool, and close enough (but far away enough) from the community dumpsters to get rid of our trash. The house did feel a bit cold at times, but the gas fireplace made short work of that problem once it got to temp and started blowing. The one thing that would make this place even better is if the garage offered additional play activities, like a ping pong, foosball, or air hockey table. That would provide an additional space for the kids to play. Last thing, the views are amazing! You can see the Needles out of the dining room windows and Engineer out of the living room windows. A great stay!
