Escape to the mountains in this spacious 2,800 sq ft home located in one of Purgatory’s newest neighborhoods, just across Highway 550 from Purgatory Resort and only 24 miles from Downtown Durango. Offering the perfect blend of convenience and privacy, this retreat provides easy access to skiing, hiking, fishing, and year-round mountain adventure—plus the comfort of a modern home with spectacular views, multiple outdoor living spaces, and room for families to spread out. With direct access to national forest trails, a private hot tub overlooking the mountains, and a free winter shuttle to the slopes, this home is designed for unforgettable Colorado mountain getaways.

• Parking available in the garage and driveway

•The home is not pet friendly - please do not bring your pets. The owners brings dogs when staying at the home, so please do not book the home is if you are allergic to dogs.
•For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club.
•Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.
