Excellent vacation for our family!

So much to do for everyone in our family from age 3 to 76! Bike riding, hiking, swimming, pool enjoying the scenery, so much more! Beautiful destination! Definitely returning!!!

Excellent stay

The property was was great. It was close the the bunny hill lift less then 50 yard walk. There was plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen for all kinds of cooking, the only thing was the bedroom on the middle floor is about 10-15 cooler then the rest of the house, I assume because it sits over the garage so be aware and bring yourself an electric blanket it gets really cold at night. Other then that it was a great place

Awesome ski in ski out condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with easy access to beginner slopes and graduate lift. The floor to ceiling windows offer beautiful mountain view’s. This was the best stocked condo I’ve stayed in including dish detergent, clothes detergent, toilet paper, coffee creamer (more than most condos supply). Beds were comfy and plenty of room for big family and kids. The private hot tub was a big bonus. The condo management company was very responsive and helpful. We had an amazing time.

Brought my brother and his family here for first time and he is a believer in the Durango experience. We will return next year in March for sure. Unit 42 is great. Only thing missing is hot tub on patio. That's my brothers request for next year. Brian was very helpful and friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo! It slept 8 very comfortably. Management was attentive too. So easy to get to chair lift and ski to condo! The only thing different I would do is Not pay the extra fee for pool and workout facilities. The facilities are nice but you either need to drive or shuttle to get to them and when it’s snowing and cold outside then that’s kinda more effort than it’s worth in my opinion. However, the condo is very nice and furnished well. Game room is a fun added bonus to this condo. I would definitely stay here again!!

I'm not sure the advertised queen bed in the main floor master suite was even a queen. (Why would you not put king bed's in Master Bedrooms for a place like this.) Mattresses felt old and dilapidated. Upstairs Master wasn't much better. Property did not have enough necessary items like towels and toilet paper. When you book a place like this you expect better details.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property had high ratings, so I had high expectations, and they were blown away. The house was very updated, as the photos show. Tile/wood/new carpet throughout. I have never seen a kitchen as well stocked as this one: KitchenAid mixer(!), plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils/silverware/bowls/etc. Multiple sizes of ziplocks, crockpot, blender, on and on. It was like being in my own kitchen. Amazing.The two master suites were great as well. VERY comparable. The showers had plenty of hot water (there were 8 of us), and plenty of water pressure. The beds were nice, but a little too soft for me, but those preferring softness will be very comfortable. The downstairs was perfect for the kids. Plenty of space. We did reach out to the property managers about the fireplaces, and they were very responsive and helpful! All the communication before/during/after the stay was perfect. We knew exactly what to do, and where to find any information needed.I cannot say enough good things, really. We'll be back for sure next year.

We shared the condo with another family and it was the perfect size and layout, comfortable, well stocked, clean, and cozy. The proximity to the mountain and lift literally made this place ski in and ski out and we don’t want to ski any other way now!! We will most definitely be back.
