Durango-Silverton

We had a great stay! The home was beautiful and very cozy and clean! Perfect location for all the activities we had planned. Durango Main Street, Durango-Silverton Train, Bar D Chuckwagen dinner show, shopping. We saw deer, elk and some fox on our trip. Would definitely stay again! The only thing we would change is the mattress in the upstairs bedroom (queen).

Great townhouse

This townhouse is exactly as advertised. It is very comfortable and very well stocked. It’s a 30 min drive north of Durango, but if you don’t want to drive to town to eat, there are 3 really good local places within a 15-10 min drive plus whatever is in Purgatory (most was closed for the summer). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property manager was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here

We'll Be Back!!!

We stayed six nights at the Cascade Village townhouse. From the minute we walked in it felt like home. The place was spotlessly clean, very quiet and the views were outstanding. It’s so nice to be able to pull into your own garage after a full day enjoying the San Juans. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the setting sun. The extra living area came in handy, too! We have decided to make a visit to this property an annual sojourn!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. Check-in was easy and stress-free.The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to everything we needed. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi, which made the stay feel just like home. Beautiful Home

Great experience

Condo was at a great location and has everything needed, it is spacious and very well kept! Garage was really very convenient! Host has thought of everything a family may need while staying there - dishes, cups, pots and pans.. everything even scissors and tape! Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower! We were extremely happy with the stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this townhome for our family of four (kids were 4 and just 3 months) in early May with intentions of hiking. We knew the weather would be a gamble. It rained and snowed our entire stay, and the sunshine came out on the day we left. The townhome made up for the weather - it’s clean, updated and so cozy! We made breakfast, cuddled up on the big couch, played Monopoly and binge watched a show on Peacock. The master and upstairs bed left of the bathroom - both beds were super comfty! The Living room has a huge window and views of mountains. Location - we were about 30 minutes from Durango and just a few to Purgatory although it wasn’t open yet. On our way out we drove the Million Dollar Highway. It’s a gorgeous drive! We really loved our stay and hope toCome back for nicer weather this time so we can explore outdoors more.

Perfection!

We travel to Colorado a few times a year. We love staying in the Cascade properties and this one has been the best one yet! We traveled with a 13, 12, 8, & 6 yr old and never felt like the kids were under our feet. The beds were comfortable, the master bath was to die for, and the condo was well stocked. My only complaint was out of ALL the condos we have ever stayed in (always a different one) this was the first to not have any air purifiers…BUT! I messaged the property manager and he had one delivered. I really can’t say enough about the property, you just have to check it out yourself! This is one we will more than likely book TWICE!

The views every morning were absolutely breathtaking. The roads were always cleared early in the mornings so travel to Durango was easy. Definitely will stay at this rental again and again.
