Perfect spot in Durango

Great place! Plenty of space, clean and well stocked. Best of all was location. Perfect to get to all restaurants, the train, and really anything you’d want to see in town. Thanks for a great week!

Weekend with friends

Our stay in downtown Durango was great. The condo was just as advertised. Booking was easy as was communication with manager. Checkin and checkout went smoothly. The condo was clean, lovely, and well appointed. The view from the living room was great. The condo was right in the heart of downtown and we were able to walk to shopping, bars and restaurants. The garage parking was secure. We will stay in this condo again.

Great Condo and location

Our condo we stayed in was excellent and VERY clean. Lots of room and a great location! The beds were very comfortable also. We loved that we could walk to town and not have to drive our cars everytime. Our only complaint was the trash right off the elevator was full all the time and had a terrible odor and the elevator floor where people had spilled things was there all week and never mopped or cleaned. But I would highly recommend the condo we stayed in and we were with friends and had the extra visitors parking for the second car in covered parking garage with codes.

Perfect Location all the Amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we've stayed in this rental. We love the location, parking and ability to walk to main street just a block away. The premise is clean and well maintained. Only comment is the second bath could have softer towels like the master. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook a meal in! The building is secure (not that that's an issue in Durango), so it was great for my girl's week with my daughters. Love listening to the train whistle as the train station is just a couple of blocks away.

Garage parking very convenient. Just know that if there is live music at the nearby bar, it can be loud at bedtime. Also, there are 3 codes needed for entry, one for garage, one for elevator and one for unit. This means good security - just read the instructions carefully.

Location!!

Great location! There were 2 couples in our group, but the condo would also be perfect for a family. Secure parking was a plus as was the walkability to the train station, restaurants, bars and shopping. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Had a nice stay. Was able to walk to most of the places where we met family and friends. I accidentally made the mistake of booking through VRBO instead of the Vacation Rental Collective, a $300 mistake. I’ll be more careful in the future.

We also appreciate the secure, inside parking and elevator. VRC is very responsive. We had a difficult time locking the door to the unit - they were available and most helpful. Great place to stay!

The condo was one of the cleanest we've ever rented! We were with our two teenage grandchildren, and we appreciated many things about the condo: the starter packets of supplies, the high quality bathroom products, the wonderfully comfortable beds and linens, the views from the windows, the great downtown location, the well stocked kitchen.Thank you! I will say that having to enter codes for several doors just to get in the condo was annoying, but we became somewhat accustomed to that as the week progressed. I needed to contact the manager of the property twice and really appreciated the quick response. I definitely recommend this condo!

We would definitely stay here again. The location is great. The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with plenty of glassware and silverware. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of linens. Property manager was quick to help us with our questions. Great week in Durango!

Best Location!

We brought our 19 and 16-year-old granddaughters for an escape from Texas heat! We loved the location, great dining options were within walking distance and fabulous. We only had to walk across the street to the train station. Could not have been a better spot! Communication with the management was superb.
