This bright, comfortable space has a penthouse-like feel with three large windows overlooking Chair 1 whisk away skiers and boarders. An easy three minute walk to and from the base, drop your skis by the ski locker and climb one set of stairs to this third floor unit that has a unique view of Purgatory Resort's classic ski and bike runs. This warm unit provides all the comforts to rest up in the mountains. Boot and glove dryer, access to hot tub, all the cozy linen for up to four guests is provided. The details have been well cared for by the owner including new Lazboy furniture, Sealy mattress, and nice kitchen amenities to recover after a long day on the slopes. Of course, practice of cleanliness procedures are current with CDC guidelines for infection control and app-enabled laundry is on site. The owner is responsive to your unique requests but this is a no smoking unit and pets are only allowed for stays lasting thirty days+. Come experience the San Juans or work from home in a unique mountain setting! Thank you!

Great location!

Just a short walk to lift! Very convenient and was great to take a short break or grab lunch in a comfortable place and get back on the slopes.Would definitely stay here again!

Presidents Day weekend ski trip

The property was just as described. Cozy, clean and convenient. Kaki was very helpful and waited to meet us so we could take her parking spot. We lucked out with great snow!

Excellent, Cozy Condo!

Condo was extremely clean and felt very welcoming. The host couldn’t have been nicer. When we’re back in Durango, we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fabulous time in Purgatory. Tidy, well-appointed, great communication. The location of the condo could not be more convenient. We had everything we needed to be cozy and had a great time on the slopes!

Wonderfully Comfortable

We (my daughter and I) had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfy studio. It was the perfect size for us. Loved the homey feel and the completeness of the kitchen. Had everything we needed and then some! Property Manager was attentive and responded quickly when I reached out to her. Will definitely keep this location in mind when visiting Purgatory again.

Holiday at Purgatory

The booking process, communication, and location for this property was excellent. The only thing I'll mention that could have made the stay better was the bed. It was not comfortable at all and I was longing for a better mattress after sleeping on it one night. If you can sleep anywhere, I highly recommend it! I'll probably need slightly better accommodations for our next visit to Purgatory.

Family ski trip

Room was clean and location was great. Room was well supplied. Biggest complaint is the parking lot. Plenty of room for parking but the walk to the lifts is a slippery one. That is the nature of winter in the mountains. I suggest grabbing gear from locker and cutting across to the road by the dumpster and walking through there and not the parking lot.

The place was great! Beautiful location, clean and tidy. Had everything you would ever need provided. Our only challenge was getting our luggage up the 4 half flight of steps. We didn't realize the location was on the 3rd floor. We are both over 65 & the altitude got to us. Highly recommend this place to stay year round.

A great spot to enjoy the slopes and village!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the room was very comfortable. We were close enough to the lifts, but just the right distance from the resort to enjoy it without all of the noise! We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great quick stay! Less than a 5 minute walk to the chair lifts. Highly recommend this book place if you’re a family of 4 or less.
