Great house, the pool and the wellness is lovely. Couple of hikes around and the local brewery has some good tasting beers. Little thing is the WiFi coverage is ground floor and nothing more, the office/conference/ playroom has no WiFi at all. Couple of range extenders around the house could do the trick. For the rest beautiful. Towels are by the dozen, beds are good to sleep on, kitchen is well equipped, apart from the oven that’s broken but there’s another, yet smaller, one available which works fantastic

Echter, het achterstallig onderhoud aan het huis, is echt zonde voor zo'n relatief nieuw huis: beschadigingen aan muren, bladderende verf loszittende tegels, onafgewerkte elektra (kroonsteen erop).Grote oven werkt niet (al jaren volgens de reviews), ter vervanging hiervan twee kleine combi ovens, wat op zich prima is, maar minder praktisch met een grote groep.

Mooie villa, ruime kamers. Pluspunt: Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer en toilet. Badkamer was proper. Bedden zijn HEEL hard en kraken enorm. Keuken was oké, alles aanwezig maar veel is wel aan vervanging toe. Vaatwas is ook aan vervanging toe! Oven defect en werd vervangen door 2 kleine combi-ovens, wat met een grote groep niet zo praktisch is (kan niet veel in) In het volledige huis kon de hygiëne wel beter. De gordijnen zijn stoffig en vol spinnenwebben. Onder de zetel, tafel en onder stapelbed niet gekuist. Overal veel stof aanwezig. Parket plakte en onze witte kuisen waren pikzwart. Zwembad super! Perfecte temperatuur! Jacuzzi had een muffe geur. Onduidelijke communicatie over de waarborg en onze aankomst. Er werd op voorhand niets gecomminiceerd hierover. Bij aankomst belde ik de eigenaar die heel vriendelijk was en de concierge op de hoogte bracht. Concierge deed check in en was heel erg vriendelijk!! Over het algemeen een goede villa, maar kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken!

Wir waren vom 28. Oktober bis 1. November in der Villa Bouvet und hatten über Belvilla gebucht. Leider kam es während unseres Aufenthalts zu einer Reihe gravierender Mängel und Probleme, die unseren Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigten. Auf diese Themen möchten wir dringend aufmerksam machen. Erdgeschoss: • Glasscherben unter dem Sitz: Dies stellte insbesondere für Kinder ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko dar. • Der Ofen funktionierte nicht richtig: Dies machte es unmöglich, richtig zu kochen. • Defekte Schlösser an den Außentüren: Dadurch konnten wir das Haus nicht richtig schließen, was uns ein unsicheres Gefühl gab. • Lose hängende Befestigung der Beleuchtung im Esszimmer: Das war nicht nur störend, sondern auch gefährlich. • Nur eine funktionierende Düse im Whirlpool: Dadurch war der Whirlpool praktisch unbenutzbar. • Die Saunatür schloss nicht richtig: Dies beeinträchtigte die Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Wirksamkeit der Sauna. • Schimmel- und Feuchtigkeitsprobleme im Schwimmbadbereich • Fehlendes Unterwassergitter im Pool: Dies führte zu einer Verletzung eines Kindes, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. • Schmutzige Wäsche der Vormieter im Flur: Das war äußerst unhygienisch und unprofessionell. Erster Stock (Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer): • Kleine Silberfische in allen Schlafzimmern, sogar in den Betten: Das war äußerst störend und unhygienisch. • Defekte Rollos in einigen Schlafzimmern • Feuchtigkeits- und Schimmelprobleme in den Schlafzimmern • Lose Türgriffe • Nicht funktionierende Belüftung im Badezimmer Obergeschoss (Ruhebereich): • Billard in schlechtem Zustand und kaputtes Tuch: Dies machte das Billardspiel praktisch unmöglich und sehr enttäuschend. Wir sind zutiefst enttäuscht und empört über den Zustand des Hauses und die vielen festgestellten Mängel. Diese Probleme haben unseren Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt und uns viele Unannehmlichkeiten bereitet.

Die Reinigung wurde sehr schlecht oder gar nicht durchgeführt. Schmutzige Toiletten, Spinnweben zwischen den Wänden und Schränken/Nachttischen, Staubschichten auf dem Spiegel unten in der Toilette. Außerdem funktionierte die Sauna nicht, der Whirlpool funktionierte nur teilweise, alle Heizkörper waren mit Klebeband repariert und die Möbel waren abgenutzt. Für uns ist es keine Wiederholung wert.

Villa Bouvet in Villes-Saint-Gertrude war ein wunderschöner Ort für unsere Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern + 1 Baby. Das Haus war perfekt mit Wohnmobilen mit 6 Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Bad. Und alles ist sehr geräumig. Und dann war das Hallenbad inklusive Whirlpool und Sauna natürlich für uns alle fantastisch. Jeden Tag im Pool oder Whirlpool. Wir genossen ein köstliches BBQ im Garten. Kurz gesagt, ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.
