“I liked everything. BUT! The hotel is clearly understaffed. Also, considering it's a good hotel, I was extremely surprised by the lack of an alarm clock or the ability for a hotel employee to knock on my door and wake me up. I have trouble sleeping and often can't wake up from the sound of the phone. Basically... I slept through my paid breakfast, and I was extremely upset about it!!!! If the hotel refunds the money for the unused breakfast, I'll be very pleased.”
