"Fleensee was a new experience and the castle was awesome. Several options for dinner. The challenges was that no menu’s in english and just a few people who could. They had a tasting menu of 3-6 courses but we couldnt find a seat. The other restaurant had a buffet- that was good. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms in the annex are quite old but comfortable with a little terrace."

"Très bel hôtel sur tous les points avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments. Belle piscine, sauna et hammam fermés pour cause de Covid19. Ne manque que la climatisation qui serait appréciable dans les chambres par fortes chaleurs."

"Eincheckzeiten zu kundenunfreundlich!!! Obwohl zum 3. Mal im Hotel - immer vom Golfhotel Balmer See kommend - konnten wir nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Es wurde auch kein Versuch unternommen, einmal beim Housekeeping anzurufen. Das nächste Jahr werden wir dann gleich am Balmer See bleiben, um keinen Tag zu verlieren. "
