「Arrowhead Inn use to be a good place to stay while skiing. Unfortunately it’s looking a little well loved. The sheets don’t fit the beds, the coverlets aren’t as fresh as they use to be and the ceiling in the bathroom looks like it needs a clean and a coat of paint. The rooms were warm and the people are friendly. It just needs some sprucing up. 」

「After a very rocky start, our family weekend turned out to be a very good time. We had been given the wrong lock box code and wifi address/password, so we couldn't get into the property or contact the owner. Luckily a neighbour across the street was very kind, and allowed me to come in and use her wifi, so I could send a note to the owner through the site. We waited over 2 hours in the front yard, but then got the call with the correct access code so we could enter. The owners are very nice, and...
