“Well appointed, lovely room, highly recommended.”

“Beautiful unique property! Rooms with all the modern comforts. Breakfast was delicious! Staff outstanding! Enya especially was wonderful!”

“Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everybody was incredibly helpful and accommodating. All amenities such as shower and bed were perfect and breakfast was superb.”

“The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Cobwebs around the window show how long since that was cleaned and general bits of wallpaper coming off the……

“Warm and friendly services, coupled with cosy room-setting, made the stay at 32 Townhouse an excellent experience. Dominic the manager was attentive to details; Alex who served the breakfast gave warm hospitality and made guests feel pampered. ”

“It was obvious on arrival that a great deal of thought had gone into the furniture and fittings. Our room was generous with a spacious feel which included the en-suite.”

“Had to make a call on arrival to sort access codes… on arrival in my room, wasn’t really clean, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, shower had just been used by someone, and the basement room 6 I had smelt musty… Property overall was in decent shape, but a lack of attention to detail…”
