「I stayed at the Beach Motel in Holyhead for one night before the ferry and was pleasantly surprised. I’m usually quite selective about where I stay, but we wanted something clean, convenient and good value – and this far exceeded expectations. The lad on check-in was friendly, very professional and set the tone straight away. The room isn’t brand new, but it’s in good condition, well maintained and exceptionally clean. 「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....
