“Staff really friendly and helpful. Location couldn’t be better just a few minutes to the beach. Overall we would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Aberystwyth.”
“The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night.……

“Hubby and I stayed for just one night on a road trip. When we arrived Siam was there to give us a very warm welcome and show us to our room which was very good value for a standard room. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we needed to leave early but we did meet Phil and he and Sian make wonderful hosts - welcoming, warm, friendly and super helpful. During an incredibly frustrating issue with Expedia Sian spent a long time on the phone with them assisting me. Both Phil and Sian are genuine, honest……
“It was perfect for a night or 2. I tried contacting the owner before hand to ask booking in time and how to get in but no reply so we were hanging around hoping. More communication would be great, however the rooms were small and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean, pure white towels, clean bedding and plenty of sockets. Lovely outside seating area. Will definitely return. ”
“My boyfriend and I came here for one a night stay. We stayed in a standard beach view room and it could not have been better. Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Only very slight complaint is that it’s was quite noisy being on a main road but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if……

“Beautiful area in Llandudno with main shopping very close by and the West Shore only a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the scenery, and peaceful walks in the area. The house is well maintained with a spacious bathroom with bath shower combination. The bedroom was fairly small but comfortable for a 3 night stay. Water bottles were provided upon arrival and biscuits topped up daily which was a nice touch. A good overall stay, thank you ☺️ ”
"Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again "
