The hotel is lovely - clean and spacious rooms with the quirks you would expect from an old building (our shower/wetroom was in one of the towers). Staff are courteous and friendly and everything feels luxurious from the comfy beds to the excellent breakfasts and the picturesque gardens.

Stunning Chateaux but our room was in the lodge on the property but very nice, but not told it was not in the chateaux, sea view. Bathroom was a separate room but not a problem Lovely gardens, not really a private beach as expected but had a lovely overnight stay.

The main hotel is stunning! Beautifully decorated and really charming. The 'beach' is a bit of an overstatement but the views of the water are incredible. Now the room ... although it is advertised (not particularly well though) that the private bathroom for the double room is not in the room ... i think any hotel that is under expedias luxury programme should be able to sell any rooms without an inroom bathroom ... especially when the other rooma in the lodge are not much for expensive! Either the room needs to be heavily discounted for the inconvience of having to leave the bathroom and go down the hall tp use the bathroom or the room should not exist. As for the free breakfast.. it was brought to us without cutlery and as we were in the lodge when we tried to call reception to get some sent up there was no connection ... so my partner had to eat his breakfast with a tea spoon & i did not even bother... once again not fitting into the premise of a luxury hotel ..

What a delightful place to stay in Wales - in a castle! We were VERY pleased with our stay at the Chateau Rhinafa. It has been maintained very well and it shows the pride of the entire staff. The woman at reception was welcoming and very helpful, showing us several alternative rooms that were available at the time. The breakfast was well thought out with a buffet for cereals, breads, fruit, yogurt and juices. From the table we were able to order a variety of cooked items. It was a delicious meal. Our entire stay was a special treat. We highly recommend Chateau Rhinafa (in Welsh pronunciation, the “f” is sounded as a “v.”

Delightful stay in the guest house on property. Wonderful groundskeeping overlooking the water. Several delightful rooms to tarry whilst reading or having a beverage including the main library with a very nice fire on a windy, chilly night. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If ever in the area again, will definitely stay there.
