「Lovely staff but unfortunately the room is not fit for purpose, food is decent Was showed room 8 but window broken (35 degree heat) & was given option for room9 a twin. *hole in floor trip hazard *curtain didnt open/close properly *no side lqmp* *Sheets scratchy *broken floor tiles en suite *shower rusty Was given a fan v grateful for but filthy & throwing off bits, cleaned it but not acceptable」

「The room was overall clean.The staff were helpful.The best thing was that the property has its own parking. Overall the stay was comfortable.The stay was worth the money I spent for two nights.There are porcelain cups and bowls with few spoons.But you may carry plates if you wish to eat something.It would have been much better if they had repaired the wall mounted heaters to warm the room because the weather was cold.Instead there was the portable heater which took much time to heat up the...

「Clean and tidy room No air conditioner it was extremely hot over 31 degrees celsius and the window could not be opened due to a window safety cable. We had to cut our stay shorts it was just too hot and we could not sleep in the room. Very stuffy fan just circulated hot air. Very disappointing thought Best Western had a minimum standard across the chain this one certainly did not compare to others.....」
