"The Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Easy to talk to. The location was a hard one to find and we had to park our car quite a distance away but can't do much about that. We did enjoy the location to much of the town. The Hotel itself was very clean and well run. The area around it we weren't as comfortable with."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Parkway Hotel & Spa in Cwmbran. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The facilities were fantastic, we especially loved the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi, which were all spotless and incredibly relaxing. It's clear the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made our visit feel even more special. Our room was very comfortable, and the bed deserves a special mention – it was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The food options were also excellent. Breakfast had a wide selection, from cooked items to fresh fruit and pastries, all beautifully presented. We also tried the evening meals and were impressed by the quality, flavour, and service. Whether you're after a full meal or something lighter, the restaurant has something for everyone. Overall, we highly recommend the Parkway Hotel & Spa for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We'll definitely be returning! "

"This is wonderful property very convenient to Bristol airport (so on the flight path, some flight noise in the morning). Beautiful building on a gorgeous property. Staff were friendly (well most of them) The room was nicely laid out, bed comfortable, great pillows & bedding. Breakfast was amazing! "

"I loved the hotel and it was a bargain price, no fault with it at all. The lady on reception was lovely, only thing that i thought "oh ok then" was when i saw the room cleaners in the corridor when i was leaving ,i smiled at him and saod mornkng, he just looked at me and didnt say a thing, but its early and hes at work so i cant blame him 😀 "
