「We were allocated a room on the third floor facing the road. We asked for a quiet room and were immediately given a room facing the principality stadium. We had a good night sleep. We visit this hotel regularly, our daughter lives nearby. Never had a bad experience. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. There is a large car park so really convenient for Cardiff city centre. 」

「This location is the best place to stay if you’re looking to stay in the heart of historic Cardiff with close proximity to Cardiff Castle — you really can’t beat this location and it is a short walk from Cardiff Central that was manageable even with our two large suitcases. 「This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.」
