“Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly hosts. Family room was fantastic, all together but a dividing wall and door for privacy if needed. Each side had its own tv and bathroom. Oh and a seaview to die for! I would highly recommend this guest house. ”

“Lovely stay . Rooms ample size , reception staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful, evening entertainment was great . Very close to the beach and pier and shops .Only downside was the noise from traffic if your room is on the front of hotel as no double glazing as its an old building, otherwise perfect. ”

“ access to top floor was not suitable for oap, too many stairs with no help from staff with luggage. Dining area/ bar closes very early and with erratic times. Room was very good, clean and well aired. Shower was a bit weak but hot. Food was acceptable”
