“A really lovely stay before an early flight from Bristol airport. Staff very friendly and the rooms had all we needed. We ate dinner as well which was delicious, ”

“This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating……

“Family room didn't match the pictures on the website. The bunk bed was incredibly unstable that we couldn't allow our child or anyone else to sleep up there. I can only presume the hotel are upgrading this room at a later time?. Unfortunately wasn't a pleasant stay due to someone having a domestic argument in the corridor and the condition of the walls meant we heard everything in the corridor and the room next door. Room clearly on the hotels to-do list.”

“My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.”
