The suites as a whole were fantastic, very clean and the staff were very friendly and approachable :) We would definitely stay here again. One thing to be aware of is the parking, there is a limited number of spaces as the car park is on the smaller side. If you do find a space, I would recommend walking/using public transport to get to any other destinations in Cardiff after checking in, purely to avoid losing the space when you return :)

There are 3 different grades of room but just be careful your are getting the right one. We thought we were booking the 344sq ft but in actual fact we were registered for a smaller one. The lovely Bailey felt sorry for us and found us the perfect solution. Well done him!

The location is ideal — perfectly positioned between Cardiff Bay and the city centre, making it easy to explore the main attractions. The front desk sofa/seats looked stained and overused which is giving a bad impression. Staff are nice and friendly. Parking is a nightmare unfortunately. We ended up parking inappropriately and spent the whole night feeling guilty. I am struggling with the headache all morning due to worn out pillows. Mats in the are dusty as well as towels they are completely gone (stained and worn out). Breakfast is okay. Few touches would make it great!
