「Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.」

「Staff very friendly. Very safe as the door have many safety tags on which you need your room card to get past. Rooms very basic so as long as you are looking for cheap and clean place to sleep. Would recommend. 」

「Loved the proximity to the restaurants of Cardiff Bay. Checkout 11am which was great, could even leave the car in the free carpark until 2pm.」

「酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。」

「I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo. Property was very clean & in a good/convenient location, even though in the middle of town it was very quiet, parking was a 5 minute walk around the corner and staff members were great.」

「Exactly what we expected, with staff helpful, professions and friendly throughout the hotel including everyone in the corridors, restaurant and reception. A more continental leaning menu would be my preference but what was on offer was ok if not inspiring. 」

「Lovely comfortable room although finding it was a challenge which was not explained at reception. Up a very grand staircase, through the glass doors on the left, (not right), down a long corridor through another door to the elevator up to 2nd & 3rd floors. Finding the bar/ restaurant in the main hotel was another challenge, more corridors, stairs and elevators with no signage!!」

「並沒有真正空調，只有兩台水冷風扇。所有窗戶不能開啟，縱使有煮食設備，夏天不建議使用，否則室內溫度上升，極不舒適。」
