Eberything anoit our stay was great. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and warm, with many confortable features. Or room was spotless and our breakfast was yum. Next time we need to stay in Newport, this hotel will definitely be our preference.

This hotel is amazing. Really modern comfortable room, excellent beds and facilities. So convenient for Newport town centre, train, bus, car park, shops and restaurants. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

All the staff we interacted with were excellent. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was tasty and the bar was great. The stay was very good value for money. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was in Newport.
