"Clean and good sized room, the roll top bath was a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. As a solo traveler it was nice the hotel access was on the side of the pub."

"We had the best stay , our first time travelling as mum and 12 year old for my daughter Xmas pressie. The room was perfect, and we loved the little note left welcoming my daughter and chocs. The pork belly for dinner was just delicious too and the reception and bar staff during our meal were all so welcoming. We really can't rate you higher, and look forward to visiting again"
"Staff was very nice and comforting, We felt really relieved with the stay and service we received for such a low price, Would definitely come again Thanks very much."
"Great nights stay, was dubious as the price was so cheap, but the hotel itself is lovely and the staff were great, room was small but had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again"
"Very friendly staff. Lovely comfortable clean room. Great cocktails in the bar and fantastic food at Browns restaurant in the hotel. Location couldn't be better so all in all a fab place to stay in Cardiff city centre. We are planning to return."
