“The communication was brilliant and personal. The safety of the overall building didnt feel secure but it was okay in the actual room. But the off putting part was the area in which it was situated and we felt vunerable.”

“The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a lovely, Christmas atmosphere in the hotel .”

“The location is impeccable but being in the city centre it can be quite noisy at night because of all the bars & clubs downstairs. The triple room is on the 4th floor so noise wise it's tolerable for just one night but be prepared to lift your luggages up the 100-step stairs. The room is better than expected, really clean & tidy. One down side is this hotel doesn't have its own reception so have to check in at the hotel across the road instead.”
