「For it being an expensive hotel i dont like that you have to pay for parking and that you have to call room service to control the Air conditioner. Very nice hotel though」

「I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024.」

「The gentleman working on the property was amazing, hard working, friendly and funny. The property itaelf was worth the stay. $4 coffee plus tax after 7am was extremely disappointing, especially since there was not available in the room. Breakfast availability was very limited and the neighborhood is not one to stroll around.」

「Very clean, nice atmosphere, staff very friendly, modern decor was very nice. We were not impressed with the onsite restaurant. The service was very slow and the food was not what we would have expected with how upscale the rest of the property was.」
