"Location was excellent and check-in was a breeze. I had to call them to receive the code (it was supposed to be emailed to me) but I spoke with someone who sent it quickly. The rooms are small but I expected that. The bathroom was updated though which was nice. They have a rooftop area that seemed deserted at the time. Maybe in the warmer weather it would be busier. Also there's a C-level which has a couch and tv and small kitchen area which could use some updating. One thing I was would suggest was the bed frame was very low to the ground. I would have preferred it be a little higher up on a frame. It seemed more like a futon. "

"I spent 3 nights at the hotel on a business trip and was disappointed with the hotel. Very bare minimum amenities in the room. I had a ironing board but no iron. There was a water kettle but no tea/coffee. The bathroom was quite small, tub was also tiny, water pressure low, clogged bathtub and a very short curtain to keep the water in the tub. Disappointing."

"Excellent long weekend stay here. Location is perfect and we love the staff all the way around the hotel. Highly recommend booking a room higher up floor 15+, the views are hard to beat"

"Stylish hotel with amazing views from the rooftop bar. The room was pretty spacious for Manhattan and very comfortable. Good lobby coffee shop too. Overall, a great spot on the Lower East Side, I hope to be back!"

"I was in town for a show at Silver Lining Lounge which is part of the hotel. It made sense to stay here. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Price was very good for Manhattan. I'd gladly stay again."
