This hotel has everything even yoga. I was accommodated with a crib for my baby. She truly went above and beyond especially allowing early check in. I felt truly honored to be there because of the special treatment. I will def return. This manager Jazmine was the best and highlight of my trip . Super cool. "

"It was exactly what I needed as a solo traveller. The bathrooms and showers were always kept clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. In an excellent location as well and easy to get to SoHo, the west village, the east village, Little Italy and China Town . "

"We loved our stay. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the reviews about self check in and unhoused people hanging out front. First, there is always a person at the front desk. They check your ID and help you check in. There is a human connection. And the staff was SOOO friendly. Secondly, the front is a dedicated public space. It is a common practice that allows developer to build higher. We had no issues with people hanging out there. Not a single one. We absolutely loved hanging out in the "Living Room". Such a beautiful and welcoming space. And the bar upstairs was spectacular! The bathroom/shower is the typical frosted glass. So I went down to the lobby to use the bathroom most days. I like privacy in that area of my life. 😃 We did wish that there were outlets on both sides of the bed. That was about it for suggestions. I hope you enjoy your stay!
