Had a wonderful stay at Nester Finn. We had two beds, two baths, a kitchen and a sleeper sofa did our family. The extra bathroom is a rarity! The fitness center was excellent and the rooftop a must for relaxing at night. Definitely the best stay I've had in New York City.

Great location in the FiDi! We were here for the July 4th weekend celebration and everything was within walking distance. The hotel was more like an apartment fully furnished with kitchen and made for a very comfortable experience, a rare find in the city! Great gym that was nicely equipped with more than the usual equipment. Roof top views were lovely but fireworks viewing required a ticket which was unfortunately all gone by the time we checked in. A downside was the lack of parking and offloading zone but we managed to find ample parking in a neighboring garage. Definitely would consider returning for the location and amenities!

Staff members for the hotel side were excellent and super helpful and responsive with text responses, especially Angela & Ezequiel. The room was large and the kitchen and appliances were wonderful- especially nice to have tea and coffee in the room already! The shower/tub was wonderful pressure & hot water! The AC in the room worked well once we figured out the right temperature. The roof top was beautiful but the residence side had it reserved for the fourth, which was the main reason I booked the hotel and thought we could walk out and be able to see the fireworks, but those were also blocked off for ticket viewing only. I would stay there again for sure- 7-11 and great boba tea and coffee shot at your footstep.

The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later! I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel. The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching while snacking on tacos, sandwiches and pizzas!

I stayed alone for 5 nights, and I highly recommend Nester Finn! and I would stay here again next time I visit NYC. I was traveling for leisure, and I purposely wanted to stay out of the touristy areas, and this location was it. It was quiet at night and in the morning; I had no trouble sleeping. 1. The staff was friendly and efficient. 2. The room was well-maintained and cleaned. I felt comfortable, and I could see myself staying longer. 3. Excellent location! There are convenience stores, bodegas, and larger grocery stores nearby, not to mention restaurants and subway stations. The Seaport and the Brooklyn Bridge are so close. 4. The rooftop was chef's kiss.

Great location for the waterfront & Fidi district of manhattan. Apartment was clean & had everything we needed. Only issue was the charge that was put onto my credit card when we arrived for $160 for use of the amenities (I.e the lounge & the gym). I queried this as there was no mention of the extra charge when I made the booking. They did eventually refund the money the next day, I was even told they always refund it if they are asked to. In my view this was very sneaky & it left a sour taste on what was otherwise a really good stay. Be aware of this if booking.

Excellent full apartment space in the heart of the city. Super walkable to great restaurants, the subway, Wall St., and Whole Foods! The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my family. You really can’t find this kind of product at this price in NYC. We were in a 1 bedroom with an additional sleeping den, and it accommodated our whole family easily. The staff showed us their 2 and 3-BRs and boy, they are bigger than our house at home. The full kitchen was perfect for breakfast in the morning, and the kids loved the pool table in the lounge. We’ll be back in a few months to take advantage of the (swimming) pool once the weather is nicer. All in all, you can’t beat the location, full apartment space, and great value. Shout out to Kyle and Ameire as well for taking care of us!
