"Lost my intial reservation,asked for a plastic fork and said the supply truck doesn't arrive until the next day ( after my stay ended). front desk rude!"

"When I arrived the room I was provided was not clean and had to get a new room. "

"The TV was not working properly; the first night the Chromecast wouldn't work and the second night the TV was not loading programming."

"The front-desk staff were very friendly. One of the staff, Zeus, was especially nice and welcoming. He even gave us a free room upgrade, which was very nice! The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. I liked the yogurt bar and scones...something which I haven't seen in a lot of breakfast buffets. I wish they would have had a microwave; however, to warm up the scones since they were cold. The only reason I gave 4-stars, and not 5, is because I think the room could have been cleaner. The carpet in our room had a smell; as well as the comforters/sheets in one of the bedrooms had a smell like it wasn't dried properly. Other than that, we had a nice stay."

"Pretty good hot breakfast. Terrible coffee and no OJ. Decent rooms with comfy beds. Entire property smelled of smoke and mustiness. Very kind and helpful staff."

"Angela at the front desk was amazing. We had a party of six with my family and needed a few extras for the room. Angela was excellent and most accommodating!! as far as amenities, the pool and cleanliness of the hotel were fair. Our room specifically didn’t have a shower curtain on when we got there and there were food splatter all over the wall walls in the kitchen."
