Ramanlal, I am very sorry you were disappointed. As soon as I heard through our property manager that you complained about a smell, which he could not find, I drove the 6-hour drive to our place to understand the issue. I did not notice a smell and checked everywhere. However, I did notice that someone had put away dishes that were dirty. I went through and cleaned all the dishes. The rest of the house was very clean, but I would not have been able to see the condition before you arrived, so thank you for sharing. I will be in touch with our cleaning crew. As far as the back door not being locked you raised a good issue. The doors are unusual in how they lock and I need to add that information to our book about the house and pre-information. The handle needs to be lifted up on the glass doors that go out to the deck in order to use the bolt lock. Again, I appreciate you're sharing so we can ensure this gets resolved
