“The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens.……

“We surprisingly scored free parking right in front of the building. Our plan was to walk to a nearby venue on the next block over, and then into center city (about 1.5 miles away) and worked out perfectly leaving the car in the same spot the whole time. Check in was smooth. Staff and tenants were friendly. Key codes worked as they should. Our unit was on a front facing corner so we had great views of the city and a quiet stay. “Loved this rental. Bed was comfy with extra blankets and pillows easily found. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and spices and all the cooking gear needed. The location was incredibly close to the Met and a mile to Temple University. The rooftop view was gorgeous and had lots of seating options. I suggest requesting the parking option from the hosts, it makes life so much easier. House was clean and comfy and so safe. ”
