「We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was furniture is not plus size friendly. Very much dorm style furnishings. We had a group of 12. 6 kids ages 4-10 The kids loved it. Each had their own bunk bed. They loved the games and the yard was large and fenced in. Every room had TV so we could separate the kids as needed. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well. We would highly recommend this rental. Jared was very responsive and attentive.」

「Second time staying! Enjoyed it as much as the first!! Host was extremely helpful.Got in late in the evening, asked if he could turn on porch light for our arrival. With no hesitation he took care of it. During the rain it was enjoyed while sitting on the front porch. We don’t get much rain in California so it was a treat watching it come down. The house is just what we needed, basically “home away from home”. The house is centrally located to Ocala and Gainesville. I would recommend this...

「This house is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the UF campus and easy to get to. There is a lot of room in the house so you never feel cramped, but it's cozy enough that you can have quality family time on your getaway. We frequently visit the area for some Gator Baseball and will plan on rebooking this property throughout the season. 」

「Our communication with Melissa was immediate and punctual, from booking to check-in and check out. The interior and screened in area where spotless! The bedrooms and bathroom have clean and fresh linens. Along with shampoo, body soap and hair conditioner. The kitchen had all the cooking essentials and yummy coffee to enjoy. We didn't use the washer or dryer, but they were very clean. Added bonus was the out door chairs and water play toys. If you have kiddos, you won't have to worry about...

「Very nice, large accommodations, newer construction building for family. Well appointed property. Host was great and promptly fixed inoperable dishwasher. Two concerns: housekeeping staff did not do great job so checkin was not 100% clean. Also, neighboring properties worn down a bit. Neighborhood needs updating.」
