「Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. 「I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. 」

「What do you mean by Good View? Is it to see tall buildings from your windows? There is no Drop off bay in front of the Hotel, something the Hotel can request from the Auckland City Council. Don't fool your hirers on the website. If the Hotel advises a particular room, then legitimate and correct photos should be attached to the deal, not a photo of another upgrade room. There is a lot of room for improvement, thanks.」
