“The management was very friendly. The rates were extremely exorbitant for what the quality of the property had. The breakfast was absolutely terrible dried fried egg, one day and gravy and biscuits the next day. Of course they had cereal and sometime an apple. The cleaning of the rooms were adequate, but not exceptional. One thing to be very cautious of is the property is two stories and has no elevator. Outside lighting is somewhat poor as some of the lights are burned out. Rooms are cleaned……

“I had an absolutely terrible stay. Check-in took 20 minutes. Then, I got to my room and found the place filthy; dirt in the shower, stained garbage cans, and dirty counters. The water in the room comes out brown for the first few seconds, and the shower, sink, and AC all broke during the duration of my stay. Genuinely the worst hotel stay of my life.”

“I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. I waited and returned at 11:05 PM. He assisted me reluctantly, shaking his head and murmuring. After going to my room, I realized the key hadn’t been activated. I had to go back to the front desk, and again, with a poor attitude, he fixed it. The room itself……

“We found this Super 8 comfortable, clean and staff were friendly and prompt. We would stay there again for sure.”
