“I booked this house for my crew who was in the area, 15 guys who were there for a local store remodeling. The overall feedback was that the house was clean, the views were one of a kind, and that the property was a special place that one would want to settle down or retire at. The cons that some mentioned are that the house could use some upgrades but that it still has a lot of charm and originality and its a newer home so it seemed like it was built that way intentionally. “Perfect place to have a 10 & 18 year old with separate spaces for grandparents. Had rain for a couple of days and the pool was cold but hot tub was nice to have.”

“The place was well described and did not disappoint as the pool, jacuzzi, pool table and ping pong all got a lot of use. The tennis court was great as well. Lots of beds to choose from allowing us all to get good sleeps each night and being in a secluded area it was a very quiet property. About a half hour taxi from downtown SD but it was worth it for the amenities at this property, would recommend to any large group staying in the area and would stay there again!”

“Adult groups gathered for commencement at SDSU. The house was as listed and shown. We had a great time and the house was spacious. Only issue was the bathroom knobs sometimes don’t engage and that could be fun getting out of the bathroom.”

“The place is nice. Easy access. Up two flights of stairs. Good exercise. Everything is in nice decent shape. We were very comfy. I have one small complaint and that is that the carpet entering the bedroom is very frayed and exposed. So much so, that i was walking from Bed to bath and stepped right on the edge where the tack strip is and poked my foot. Yes it hurt. Byt i survived lol. My husband also caught but it didn't hurt because He had socks on and his sock caught on the little nail. Just……
