「Beautiful setting in a country house right in the village of Burley. Walk past green pastures,along the driveway and you are there. Sit on the front patio and watch the deer walk by, and eat right in front of you. Two comfortable lounges, and a Bar, really nice Dining Room. Full Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu's. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Tea and Expresso, complimentary water and sparkling water.」

It's a real shame, because the staff are doing so much right, but the building itself needs a lot of investment. 」

「The location was good for my visit to Lyndhurst. Room was small (nothing like the one in the picture) and overlooked a very busy main road. Ask for a room facing the carpark as the traffic noise went on untillate and started again very early. Breakfast was very good」

「Loved the self check in. The public areas and bedrooms are great, very quirky. Only thing I was unhappy about was it was not too clear about free parking at weekends. I paid via the app and was only when in the room the note was there advising of this. Will definitely return 」

「We had a wonderful 14 day stay in a 1-bedroom apartment on the top floor. The area around the Mansion is beautiful, walkable nature parks and fields. It is very quiet and secluded in a safe, clean area close to shopping and eateries. The restaurant at the mansion - Becketts was such a bonus to our stay. Everything we ordered was delicious and the Full English Breakfast was a huge hit for my husband, and I really enjoyed the Avocado toast and then there was the dessert case...so yummy! The room...

「Nothing was too much for Bunny and Murial.Excellent Customer service.Rest of the staff were lovely. Had a lovely room looking out onto the fields with beautiful views of the forest and horse's. Food was very nice. Couple of minutes walk to shopping area. Will be booking to stay again.」
