We very much enjoyed our clean and comfortable room. Not too fancy but very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful pastry chef, enjoyed our morning pastries every day. The rest of the food was ok.

The resort is located on the east side of the island. The advantage here is that it's quiet with all a lot of traffic. Disadvantage is that there are only with you restaurants and other off-resort activities. My personal recommendadition is to rent a car If you plan on checking out the entire island. We did the bioluminescence tour, the stingray swim, sprinmi beach, snorkeling at edge Rock and other things which were up to 1 hour drivingdistance

This property is in the middle of nowhere. You cannot use most of the beach because the coral and rocks will cut you up. The beach was filthy with litter everyday at the edge. Small hot tub is cold. This is no where near 7 Mile beach. Honestly too expensive for the 50 minute distance to Georgetown. You will need to rent a car to get around. There are better places to stay in Rum point. People were stiff and unfriendly here. Don’t waste your time!
Rooms are right on the water you can’t swim in.

The room was clean, but repairs are in need. The shower rod was falling down, two tiles were separated in the shower and partly reattached messily with silicone that wasn't holding them, a corner of the tiles wall had fallen off and silicone slapped on top prevent injury. There were no comforters for the Murphy beds. The appliances were new, kitchen very good and clean. The beach was good, however you need to train the staff to do trash details. A piss bottle was on the beach just above the reach of the daily skid steer scraping the whole week. Miscellaneous other trash items were never picked up. Seriously, 1 guy daily with a bucket and a grabber is a wise investment. Food was good but waaay overpriced compared to other local offerings that was better. I went here 12 years ago and other than the new sea wall, not much for improvement since then, which means 12 years more age and lack of proper maintenance.

It is very nice,food is very expensive and that is common on the Island. They are working on the Sargassum which Mother Nature controls that issue. It is a drive to most visited areas. The kitchen is nice to have,the studio could use a table to eat at. Ceiling fan needs to be set on a higher speed to be sufficient. Definitely a very clean private area.

We loved the hospitality of the workers there. Everyone was very friendly. Food was terrific. We ate at the hotel every night. Only problem was the seaweed in the ocean. We had no idea that this is a problem this time of the year. We were only able to get in the ocean one day our entire trip.

This was an amazing property. We didn’t know when we booked it that we were visiting during the 3 months of the year when the “storms” come often and stir up the seaweed. Unfortunately with the dirty ocean water came a foul smell - none of which was the hotels fault. We still had an incredible time at the pool, playing pickleball and tennis and exploring the island and other public access beaches on the south side of the island. The location of the hotel is perfect for peace and quiet. The grocery store, liquor store and yummy Italian restaurant right across the street were so convenient! It was a wonderful place to stay!
