Charming, single-family getaway located in sought-after Fisherman's Cove Community. This quaint home sleeps four and offers an eat in kitchen, open dining/living room area, two bedrooms and one bath. Neighborhood amenities include a waterfront picnic area/association beach overlooking a saltwater inlet from Vineyard Sound (Bourne's Pond). This is a popular area for water sports enthusiasts who enjoy kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, etc. Minutes from the Martha's Vineyard Ferry and multiple public beaches including Menauhant, Bristol and Falmouth Heights.

There was an ant problem and I spent a great deal of time killing them. We bought ant traps and the owners reimbursed us. The air conditioning was inadequate. They were window units and we couldn’t open any windows when you did not need the a/c. Only patio door opened. Good location and great neighborhood.

Cozy cottage

We had a very comfortable stay in the lovely Fisherman’s Cove neighborhood close to everything, including a sweet beach on Bourne’s Pond. The house was well-equipped, including towels, beach toys, and multiple areas for lounging and enjoying the summer Olympics! Our kids and puppy appreciated the yard and lovely gardens, as well as the walkability of the neighborhood. We walked or ran to the beach most days, and enjoyed relaxing in the evenings in the comfortable bedrooms and living room area. The host was friendly, accessible, and helped out when we left our car key! A very nice place for a family to stay, and dog-friendly!

Perfect Cape Cod

We loved this home, everything about it! The neighborhood was quiet and folks were friendly and welcoming. The house was in great condition, everything anyone could want was there. The hosts were kind in all their communications. I was able to figure out several sweet bike ride loops that included beautiful coastal sights, quiet bike baths and a swim to cool off. Wonderful spot!
