“The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels……

“Able to check in early by messaging with the Orange Door. Great location for us to get to Lords and Camden Market using Public Transport (ie Buses). Bus stops just outside the property. Cafe close by for Breakfast and dinner. Shop available close by for general needs.”

“Although the room was different than the one in the photo which I received, I was still pleased with the stay. It was very clean and the room was already nice and cool. Check-in was very easy. Check-out was as well, although, getting into the app did not always work after check-out. Still trying to retrieve my receipt. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The issue with this room is that it was excruciatingly hot, and that was before the heat wave. One small fan, no air con, and because we were street level and anyone walking by could have seen in/broken in, there was no opportunity to leave a window open. Also - the bed is a double. This is already bad enough with two people used to at least a queen (and they have room to put in a queen bed, so not sure why they don't) in the heat this was unbearable. You get very few towels, and if you are……

“Great location, 5 minutes to Earls Court station, which is right inside of Zone 1. Room was super clean. Everything was labeled and room came with all amenities to rest, make a meal, do laundry and have a restful sleep. The place was so clean as if no one has ever stayed there. Spacious enough for two grownups and two kids to stay comfortably.”

“God beliggenhet og stor leilighet. Pent og moderne. Ikke så praktisk med dårlig vifte nå i den voldsomme sommervarmen, skulle hatt en bedre vifte. Fikk heller ikke innsjekkingsinformasjon, så måtte ringe for å både finne frem og komme oss inn. Men de på telefonen var veldig hjelpsomme. Ville ha bestilt igjen😊”
