「We were forced to pay £40 cleaning fee otherwise couldn't have checked in. This wasn't advertised on the property page, neither during booking. The windows didn't open, which was a huge problem given that the outdoors temperature was 30+, indoors must have been 40+. No air conditioning, only a fan. The shower didn't work. It was an electric shower that produced either cold, either scolding hot water. Sometimes no water, just some terrible noise. One of the radiators kept falling off the wall.」

「This is one of the worst night's sleep I have ever had. Arrived at the place and it was fairly easy to get in, there was also an air con unit which is positive. I thought it was good when I was first in but sadly that is where the positives end. There was grotty false eyelashes all over the food prep area, which was disgusting.
