“I hate to write a bad review, but oh my...The ad said this was a whole house rental. It was upstairs only. The entrance required was up stairs and on to a not-so-safe deck. The shoreline was overgrown (it was rented to fish which the owners knew). The inside had an overwhelming smell of mold. I started cleaning, my son started wheezing, and we left within two hours of arriving. I filed a complaint with vrbo, put in a dispute with my credit card company, all while communicating with the host. ……
