Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. We received no check-in instructions and had no idea where to go upon arrival. A man washing a car in the driveway (not the host) directed us down a side yard and into a basement unit (never mentioned in the listing). There was no cell service, so we had to stand outside just to contact the host.The keypad lock didn’t work, and after multiple messages, the host told us not to worry because “the caretaker would make sure no one goes in.” This was completely unacceptable. The next night, there was a loud party outside and upstairs until after midnight, smoke alarms were going off, dogs barking, and there was no hot water for showers during our stay.The listing was inaccurate: no microwave as pictured, and no bedding for the second bed, meaning it cannot sleep three as claimed. I would not recommend this property.
