“It’s great place, in a great location. Reason I gave 3 stars because the room with queen size bed are very small, one of the room didn't have any closet. Another reason is first floor is only one room which game room, with laundry closet and bathroom. Everything else is in 2nd level where there is stairs to claim up the stairs. I had a child who was in wheelchair and it was hard to bring him food and everything from 2nd floor to ground floor. The stairs are very small, not enough stair space,……

“Sauna did not work. Repair man came as you were checking in and couldn’t fix sauna the reason we picked this house. Kitchen was filthy. Oven smoked and alarms went off. Payed a lot of money for cleaning fee. Should get money back for broken sauna and kitchen was not clean. Check time with tech for 2 hours took away from our family time. I would like a phone number to talk about some money refunded. Sauna was advised and we were disappointed it didn’t work.”

“Me and my family rented this home to bring in the new year and let me just say that was our worst mistake. We had many issues with our stay starting with not being provided with clear instructions on how to check into the entrance considering this home is located in a gated community; we had to rely on a community member to figure it out. The code provided to get into the home was incorrect resulting in us calling customer service and having to be redirected to spare keys. As we walked into the……

“Our family had a wonderful stay at the house. Communications with AJ and Stephanie are top notch and they’re very responsive with questions, etc. The house was well equipped for our family of 11. We especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities—kayaks, paddle boards, dock area, fire pit, hot tub, and wrap around deck. There are lots of small extra touches and amenities within the house that make your stay feel like home away from home. ”

“Rough property, clean but there were faulty switches, water damage and floor damage. Lots of drywall patches, just generally deferred maintenance in several spots but owner stated he would attend to these after our departure. ”

“We had a great time this past weekend. The home was not too far from Camelback and Kalahari for skiing and the water park. The property fit the whole family with a great play area for my 5 year old. He loved all the toys that they had for him to go through. The open concept in the kitchen and living area was also great to keep the whole family together! ”
