“We arrived on a 92 degree day with a lot of humidity and the air conditioner was completely broke - it looked like it was pulled off the building - due to the extent of the damage it was unable to be repaired and we had to wait til the following day for a room air conditioner - which did help cool the entire area but there was not a super knowledgeable person to install it so my husband ended up doing the majority of the install - which again the problem was resolved and we received a small……

“Out of 1900 spent on this reservation I walked in spent 10-15 minutes inspecting property left and went down the road to a holiday inn. I called about getting a refund and only got 200 back and still haven’t got my deposit back either I don’t believe and this is from about 3 weeks ago. The pictures don’t match at all for what’s actually there. There’s no AC so don’t book before realizing that. Bugs in corners/kitchen/bathroom, some crawled out from the fridge. Patio didn’t have a chair for the……

“I’m very disappointed with this stay and feel it’s important to share my experience for future guests. While early check-in was offered, the access code was not provided at that time, causing unnecessary confusion. Once I did receive the code, I was informed that the hot water “may not be working,” which is a major concern for any stay.Upon arrival, the property was not thoroughly cleaned. There was visible rust in the toilet, as well as sand and dirt in the shower. Additionally, the kitchen sink……
